Meet the guys

Jamie grew up in rural south  Alabama. After spending 14 years working for a private company, he followed his calling and dove into education. Jamie completed his Bachelor's of Science in Science Education from Western Governors University online while working full time.  He teaches Honors Science in Alabama. He has been married to his amazing wife Paige for 11 years. Jamie is an active member of his church, leading an adult Sunday School class and volunteering on the church Welcome Team. 

Jamie is an avid hunter and fisherman, spending as much time in the woods as his wife will let him. He and his wife are also foster parents. They are passionate advocates for  Christian families opening their homes to these children in need and sharing the Good News of Jesus with each child they meet. They currently have a five year old girl who is the love of their lives. 

Timm grew up in east Alabama. He married his high-school sweetheart Lori 28 years ago and have two sons and two Doodles. He attended college on a tennis scholarship and graduated from Columbus State University with a degree in Marketing. After college, Timm worked various jobs including banking, sales, and transportation management before answering his true calling into education. Over the last 16 years, in addition to teaching in the traditional classroom, he has driven school buses and taught online. 

In addition to teaching and managing his business, Timm is an avid outdoorsman. He has hiked hundreds of miles on the Appalachian Trail, including the Southern and Northern Terminuses. His love of travel, culture, photography, and helping others inspired him to launch his own travel business, 121 Travels by Timm (after Psalm 121:8). When he isn’t teaching, organizing trips, or spending time with family, Timm loves attending church and hosting small-groups for studies and fellowship. He and Lori are also expecting their first grandchild in March!
